| ‡ Hey all. I had a pretty good Easter, started out with me starting The Drawing Of The Three in my bed at three, then my cousins came over. First we played some basketball and messed around on bikes, normal crap. Then dinner, then Halo fragfests. But now I just learned my friend in NY is moving even farther away... to NJ. | Sorry I haven't updated in a while, She's been sick and I've been worried and talking to her on the phone in most of my free time. We've really grown into close friends now, since I'm about the only person she's talked to in four days....
I've gotten a 'reheadstart' on my story, as I now have a new beginning that pretty much adds more room for complexity than the other one did. Maybe my accidental deletion was a blessing in diguise? Who knows. | | |
| Another day. I was concerned for a lot of the day because She wasn't at school. She'd sounded sick on the phone last night, too. But she came in late, so it was all OK.
We saw this 'Dance Asia' thing today. It was by far the coolest thing that our school has ever had in it. They had Peking Opera performers doing Martial Arts/dances and telling stories. They had one incredibly interesting one about a staff wielding Monkey King fighting an evil princess and her soldiers. Everyone that I asked agreed that it kicked total ass. So that was good.
Lunch today was... interesting. As usual She stole half of my sandwich, no big surprise. I was quizzing her for most of lunch on a georgraphy test she's going to be having tomorrow, I think. It was a mild challenge because her notes didn't have any of the questions on them so I had to ab lib.
I'm waiting for the Hellblazer comcis I ordered to come in... still.  | | |
| I'm in a pissed mood. The story I was working on got deleted becuase I forgot to save it and my computer crashed. I am tired as hell and trying to rewrite the whole damn thing. I wish I owned some death metal so I could listen to THAT and get into a good & screaming mad mood. Oh well, Modest Mouse will have to do. | | |
